I loved staying at Motel West. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and the location was great. I ended up spending more time than I had initially planned because it was such a great experience and such a great value as well. There’s lots of great hiking and beautiful places in the area. I will definitely stay here again when I’m passing through Idaho Falls.

Staff was super helpful when I needed to check in early. I love these older motels, and this one has been kept in good shape. Walkable to food and other shopping. Comfortable, clean, convenient, the 3 C"s I look for when traveling.

Of the three budget motels we booked for stopovers on our way to Teton and Yellowstone, this was by far the best. It’s an older property, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and located pretty close to downtown Idaho Falls. The staff was great: helpful and courteous. Excellent launching point for the drive over the mountains into Jackson, Teton, and Yellowstone.

I love the fact that because I have a small dog who always travels with me that I don't have to pay extra fees for her. That is the reason I stay at motel 6 when I can.

The motel is close to major highways and is a good value for an on-the-road stay. The rooms are older rooms, but they were clean and comfortable. The check-in process was pleasant and efficient
