Great motel, amazing value for money in Fruita. The owners really do their best to make it feel like a small cozy hotel. There is nice outdoor seating, they are very bike friendly, breakfast was a nice bonus. The owners were on the venue and very friendly.
They have turned a regular motel into something special. It was so comfortable with much attention to detail and some high end additions. The linens were really nice and the bath products were nice. Nice cool air - great functioning fridge - nice outdoor space- fabulous breakfast room with the best option’s I’ve seen and stellar communication. I would definitely stay again and hope to come back to visit Colorado National Monument!
This is a great road side motel. We were taking a road trip to see national parks. So we were moving everyday and wish we could have found more places like this. Awesome stay.
