    The facility design had flower gardens between many of the units making it feel like a group of cottages rather than a motel. Well-maintained and clean older facility. Room had refrigerator and microwave. Very quiet despite being near to major roadway.

    I mean, it's the same price as the Sonestra in Emeryville right on the Bay, but for a roadside motel. This room should be $70, max, especially considering the noise and parties. Motel 6 vibes at points. It was clean, though.

    The rooms are spacious (300 sq ft). The heat pumps have been upgraded in much of the property so they are silent, effective and inobtrusive in the room. The grounds are well landscaped and pleasant. . . if you're into walks, you don't need to leave the property. The staff is friendly and efficient. I have been using this motel for decades (yes, it is older, but well maintained) and hope to be using it for a few more. The accomodations, location and price all work very well for me.

    I like Motel6 as a chain and chose this one for it's location right off the freeway. Minimum amenities, no coffee but room was pleasant and clean

    Great choice to stay in if you're traveling through Fresno. Close to freeway off ramp. Motel is literally next door to the Forestiere Underground Gardens, which sadly was closed when we stayed. Free onsite parking. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Friendly and welcoming staff. Decent breakfast selection (much better than we've experienced at equivalent motels). You can tell that the owners take pride in assuring that their guests have a good stay.
