First time, bugs and dirty. This time, clean and did see 4 bugs the entire stay. Staff friendly. Great place to stage a Darlington Race weekend out of. $85 a night for Labor Day weekend a bargain.

    This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. One staff, the 2nd room we were switched was dirty, run downs, ripped and stained sheets, a microwave that was rusting out. The large picture on the wall had 5 huge broken cracks in the glass. The fridge was off and there were no room phones. The ice machine was broken and I was told to go the the motel next door for my ice. The police arrived due to some dispute in the parking lot and were there for hours. We did not stick around for the breakfast!

    The motel is undergoing renovation and there weren't many customers that I saw. The breakfast a to go bag with a small roll, a small bottle of water and some crackers.

    The room was clean; noticed the a/c cover was slightly out of place. This did not go unnoticed by staff as when I returned from morning event, the cover was in place. Daily room service provided clean towels etc. The motel is somewhat old but appears well maintained and room was clean. Nothing to complain about. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good price for room.

    One of the worst motel experiences I ever had. Nothing was maintained well. They gave me queen beds instead of king sized bed I booked. I booked non-smoking room and the room was smelling bad. Ignore this place.

    You were the worst stay I have had, in hotel motel stay, after checking out on November 19, 2023 I quietly alter the hotel of the roaches in my room, after waking up about 5:00am that morning finding roaches crawling all over my food. I was told when the general manager came in on that Monday the problem would be taking care of. But to the truth of the matter the problem was never taking care of from the Florence SC location to the corporate office. I will never stay at your hotel every again. Rhonna Kelson
