This is great value for money located close to midtown and downtown. It’s a short walk to both and was easily accessible to the Little Caesar’s arena for which I was in town for.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was also lovely.

It's convenient location close to malls and highway
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
After several nights of camping and motels, this was such a nice place to end up. Everything was clean and in order. Communication was quick and the location was perfect!
I really liked the inn keeper. She was so helpful and kind. The location was great too, right near were I was attending a show. The motel was very accessible and easy to find. My room was clean and met my needs. It was easy to walk to were I was going that evening. Checking in and out was super easy too!
This older motel is right in the midst of several casinos but very reasonably priced. The lady at check-in was very personable and helpful. It was just a short stay in order to get my global entry interview out of the way. This is the closest and cheapest hotel to the CBP Trusted Traveler Enrollment Center.
Convenient location - close to arena where I was attending a concert. Inexpensive. Able to control thermostat on the heater/air conditioner - it’s amazing how many hotels/motels have this locked down! Able to use deadbolt lock for added security in room. Bath towels seemed a little thicker than the typical towels you get in this class of motel in my experience. Electrical outlet easy to access by bed after sliding table away from it (so many times in hotels the outlets are not convenient).
The motel was within walking distance of everything I wanted to do on Friday night. The gas station and store across the street were handy. The fridge in my room worked well.
