The location couldn't be better for Death Valley, and it was very peaceful to sit on our terrace in the rocking chairs and admire the stars and see the resort itself, with all its greenery. A front desk worker by the name of Cat was very helpful with a stressful issue we had with our booking. Free parking.

Great location, nice pool area, golf course was brilliant - and for those of you that don't play golf, they do allow walkers/birdwatchers etc walk around the golf course. I stayed in one of the newer cottages that came with a washer/dryer which came in very handy after a couple nights on the road.

Lovely oasis in the heart of Death Valley. Very friendly welcome, nice and spacious room with a very good shower. The gardens and other facilities were great, I even had a swim in the pool after dinner. We enjoyed a good dinner in the Last Word Saloon with excellent service and very good coffee in the morning.

It was OK, what expected. Way overpriced, run down motel in a great location. Actually the rooms were better than expected and it is a nice oasis in the middle of the desert - which was a pleasant suprise, with again way overpriced small shop but it came handly. Rooms were clean.

It has the convenient feel of a motel, and it's open and spacious grounds give it a ranch-like quality. It documents and projects a pride in the history of the Valley. It's a fun place to stay and well located to take in the sprawling features of Death Valley.
