Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Cabin was very nice and definitely cozy. Beats a hotel or motel by far! You are able to cook your own meals if on a long stay like we were. Kitchen has most utensils. We took a large crockpot to cook meals in while gone during the day. Also has a grill and was able to grill out a few times. Washer and dryer is nice to have but only washer worked. Nice large TV. My friends enjoyed the hot tub. Being in Cripple Creek is always nice. Staying in an old cabin like this makes it feel more nostalgic.
Not a fancy motel but it was clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend staying here.
