    I love staying in motels and sitting outside the room in the evening. One can meet some interesting fellow-travelers. Our room was very clean - the restaurant next door was amazing. There is breakfast in the morning, but we didn't partake in that.

    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Great little house, much more comfortable and less expensive than staying local Motel/Hotel. Close to downtown and a great base to stay when traveling to other towns and attractions in the area; like Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Lukenbach, the Twisted Sisters, etc. The owners were easy to contact and communicate with.

    We were really pleased with our stay at the River Oak Inn as it is a very nice motel with all the basic facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting bandera and it is close to 11th Street. The staff is good, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and I think they recently renovated.

    Nice Boutique motel located in Bandera. Came for the concert on 11th St and stayed here for a night. Very helpful staff and room was cozy. Bricks Restaurant is a plus which is on premises.

    Loved the cozy motel in Hill Country, The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Will Stay again when I visit Bandera next year during Cowboy Mardi Gras in Feb.

    Very clean rooms with good view of the medina river which flows behind the motel near bricks restaurant. Rooms are renovated which is a plus.

    Brilliant, new and clean rooms. We loved the motel and the set up. We were given corn for the wild deer and smores for the fire pit on arrival. Fantastic location to Main Street and even better location for 11th Street Cowboy Bar (a must visit!) There is free parking which wasn’t listed when we booked so another positive! We just wish we booked more than 1 night.
