Renovated motel rooms with nice, very comfortable vibe; great pet walking area; good breakfast; super friendly and helpful staff; scenic location; 5 mins to downtown / Biltmore Estate & Village by car. Incredible value (we stayed in mid February off-season). Totally surpassed our expectations - way better than most chain hotels/motels!

Although classed as an Inn, it is more of a Motel, but probably one of the best I have stayed in. The Rooms are clean and tidy, the position could not be better for Downtown Asheville, close to everything you need, shops, bars and restaurants. Great value for money.

This is an old school motel in the woods, on the edge of Asheville and very near our daughter's home in Woodfin. The location was perfect. Easy highway access to downtown Asheville and the entire area. It is rustic and charming. Close to food options and groceries. It is clean, fun and quirky. It is not luxurious, but the bed was very comfortable.

Encountered bed bugs after our first night (both bites and actual bugs)(room 112). Informed the motel, we were moved to a different room for subsequent nights, reimbursed for the first night and our clothes were washed and dried. Really appreciated this response but this obviously negatively impacted our whole experience.

The property may well be brand new, but it is still sparkly clean, well-appointed, and situated in a location just outside the downtown area. It sits next to a motel-style Best Western, sharing a parking lot, and it is the nicer of the two for sure - we've stayed in both. The rooms were plenty big, the pillows were comfortable, Kureg was provided with coffee, and the shower/bathroom was nice. No carpet on the floors, too, made it seem much cleaner. Nice, modern feel throughout.

The Beaucatcher is a beautifully renovated motel. Our room was very clean and well decorated with updated furnishings and carpet. The courtyard is lovely at night with the seating area surrounded by lights.

The best breakfast I had on my trip, was excellent, especially the biscuits. Besides being on the roadside, it is tranquil during the night. There is free parking and plenty of space for cars. It is 10 minutes from the city center and easy to go in and go out. A lot of big stores and chain restaurants 3-5 minutes from there. If you are driving, great location.
