Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Not far from the city center, free parking and complimentary breakfast are provided, the hotel is spacious enough, and the entertainment in the hotel is good
Good location if you're visiting the U of M campus or going to a football game. The Ride (shuttle to the game) picks up right across the street, so that was great. There is a Plum Grocery, Panera and Sweetwater's very close to the motel, for better coffee, breakfast, etc. The room was clean, though we were lucky if our room got the daily cleaning by 4 pm.
Hotel was easy to locate, with plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Business centre easy to use. Shops and food outlets nearby. Breakfast (included) was great, an excellent start to the day. Price was commensurate with the standard of the hotel.
Good location. Walking distance to State street (depends who you ask). Had ample free parking. The breakfast was fabulous (did have issues refilling dishes towards the end - so go by 8.45).
The waffles were the best!!!! And they had sugar free options for the syrups etc!
Key point - had ample plug points to cover all 4 sleeping postions not really something u find all the time!
This hotel is very expensive for what it is, basically a motel. It does appear they are upgrading though. The room was clean and comfortable and near transportation to the stadium, which is the reason why you are paying so much. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally gracious and helpful. There is a nice fire outside to hang out by.
Good old fashioned motel, love being able to drive up to the door. Good value for money and very quiet. Enjoyed sitting at the out door area.
