The motel is within walking distance to shops, beach and a top-level golf course. The motel has a lovely pool, the staff are friendly, and it has all the facilities I needed (including a laundry). The beds are comfy and large enough to fit New Zealanders! This is my third longish stay at the motel and I will definitely be back again. This time I had mixed up the dates of my stay and had booked for one night less than I intended. The staff didn't skip a beat and just kept me in the room I had been staying in. Their flexibility and help were greatly appreciated.

Good location, nice sized studio, good off street parking, very pleasant staff. The lovely breakfast was good value.

The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
This motel has had a spruce up and is freshly painted. The location is everything for us, 45/60 mins to or from the ferry and they allow us to take our dog trial dogs. The host couldn't have been more helpful, she is amazing.
This is an old-style motel, but the main impression was of freshness and cleanliness. The new owners are lovely, very welcoming and helpful. I would happily stay there again.
