The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
I was expecting to be in a standard motel unit, and was surprised to find that we had been allocated a suite of rooms above the restaurant. It was a bit dated and worn...but then it is an Old English Pub themed restraurant so finding ultra modern rooms upstairs wouldn't have been in keeping. Being a Monday night the other guests left early so noise wasn't an issue, and having the restraurant downstairs was very convenient. The food was excellent and well priced.
Cork and Keg is a lovely quiet motel, well equipped and having an attached old English style pub and restaurant. It is very comfortable and all your needs are met adequately.
Incredible quiet location. Surrounded by vineyards, lemon trees, olive grove and lovely gardens. Great to have a glass of wine in the hot tub. Tasty breakfast included. Well equipped shared kitchen and large shared lounge. After 3 weeks travelling the washing machine was a blessing !!
Toiletries provided were high quality and the bed was sooooo comfortable.

The motel unit was really nice and modern. Very clean facilities. Great variety of tea/coffee selection, and plenty of milk in the fridge. Very comfy king size bed. Free wifi.
Was great to be able to have our little dog inside with us in his crate.
Breakfast was light but plenty of it - fresh fruit salad, fresh croissants, cereals, toast and good coffee.
Location was great set nearby to over half a dozen good wineries that were all a “flat” bike ride away.
