Comfortable bed and spacious room. We had a downstairs room with access to the pool. Didn’t swim as the weather was rainy but I’m sure would be great in summer.

Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
We loved our stay at the Pauanui Pines! Carol was a lovely host, the pool is great and kept very clean. Overall a lovely motor lodge and accommodation. The trump card is the proximity to the shopping center and restaurants. It's only a stones throw away and the kids were able to scooter over and get supplies.
This is a fantastic motel with wonderful facilities, located within an easy walk of the town centre. We will most likely be back!
