Motel was spotlessly clean, well situated being on a side road but close enough to the main street to walk everywhere. There was a garage for the bike. The Manager was welcoming and efficient. This was a great choice!

In a very handy position. Great for an overnight stay for 3 people. Unit has a good kitchen. Everything was very clean. A typical 1970/80’s motel unit.

The main reason we picked this motel was because it is pet friendly, we have a little well behaved dog that has to travel with us when we work and it is always a stressful task finding pet friendly accommodation online. The motel was nice and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The room had everything we needed to relax and get in a good nights sleep.

Travelled for a sporting event and were making our way to Auckland. Stumbled across this perfect town and beautiful little motel. Quiet, clean, and staff waited up for our arrival as worried about us on the road. Cannot wait to travel to NZ North Island again and stay in Paeroa once again.

Going from Mount Maunganui to Waitakere, wanted to break the trip in half, so this was an ideal place to stop. Great walks at Karangahake Gorge. Motel near town shops, restaurants, cafes, etc., but tucked off the main road in a quiet location.

I have been here a few times in the past & have always been felt welcome by the wonderful owners &, made to feel at home, comfortable & relaxed. The units are exceptional & very tidy especially for the price I recommend this motel.
