Nice tidy room with good facilities. It was warm & the Bed was comfy. Excellent outdoor areas although it was a wet weekend we stayed it would be great on a good day.

What a fabulous place to stay. The room was clean and very warm when we arrived. A Woolworths supermarket is right across the street so convenient.
There is a bus stop right out the front and a lovely restaurant named Nellie's down the road.
The owners were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
I would certainly recommend this motel to stay at when you visit Mosgiel.

I arrived on a very cold day and the staff had already put the heating on so my room was very cosy. It is double glazed so even though it was winter the room never felt cold, even without the heating running constantly. The room was a very good size. The tea/coffee etc was replenished daily. I forgot my charger and they kindly loaned me one for my stay. There are laundry facilities at a reasonable cost. It is conveniently located close to the motorway. Only a 5 minute car journey to a selection of cafes and supermarkets.

This was my second time staying here. The room had lots of space, was warm, and had windows on 3 sides. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and would always chat with you as you walked past. The location is great - a 10-minute walk into town and the gardens. Tea/coffee/biscuits were topped up daily as were the towels. Would definitely stay again!

We read the reviews on the way down and were a little concerned. We were running late but Gary the owner was welcoming and very pleasant on our arrival. The room was better than advertised and much nicer than expected. We were on the main road opposite the Countdown but this did not affect our stay at all. I would highly recommend this motel.
Overall,the motel was exceptional value for money.Much better than some much more expensive motels.free wifi and Sky which some more expensive motels are dropping.
Bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. Motel was easy to find being on a main road but there was some traffic noise. However I felt it was still good value for money.
