Location, cleanliness and excellent facilities and service
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Great communication from the motel. Went out of their way to send back to us something we had left there. Awesome location close to restaurants and shops and the river walk. Fizz was so friendly and had a gorgeous old dog.

Breakfast was excellent- fresh fruit salad- cereal and toast from homemade bread. Good coffee too. Was nice being introduced to a new breed of honey- Wrights lavender. So good we stopped at Ettrick on way home and got several containers of honey. Enjoyed the pottery collection- many rabbits. And last but not least loved meeting the pet rabbits- Star- Peter and Biddy bid plus the rest.
