The stuff is very friendly and the room is clean, quite spacious although there ins't a desk. I love the terrace where you can see the sea from. Perfect for working remotely from the terrace as there are tables and great connection.

Location for the old town excellent. Naturally parking around the apartment is difficult so the free parking 5 minutes round the corner is great. You get a free parking card when collecting the keys. Comfortably sleeps 3. Very clean. Owners very helpful.
Excellent location, 24 free parking in front of the building If you’re lucky enough to find a free bay 😀, close to Estadio train station and bus stops to old town is just under 5 minutes walk. It’s a fairly new building so all the apartments are immaculate and spacious even for a family of 4. Burger King is right below for any emergency hungry people. Nice luxurious living and good enough for a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 soon to be teenagers.

Very comfortable, modern, pet-friendly, and fully equipped apartment, in the heart of La Viña. Walking distance to all main attractions and 5 minutes away from la Caleta Beach. Free parking in the building (entrance by the lift) was a lifesaver. We found it very difficult to find parking slots in the neighbourhood (in December!). The Cádiz Team is responsive and communicative, self-check in was smooth and intuitive. We loved it and definitely recommend the place!
