The apartment is clean and has enough space for 3 or 4 people. Good view on the downtown and big free parking lot on the property.

Guest kitchen with cakes, tea, coffee and real milk in the fridge. Free parking right beside the guest house was very convenient as was the central west end location which allowed us to walk to most of the places we wanted to see. Very good information was provided on parking, entry arrangements and room location.

Simple house with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and also let me leave my bag there ahead of check-in time. My room was large and had nice windows to let the sun in during the day. It's located across from a great park and also very close to transit and amenities. I worked remotely here for three days and the room had a desk and chair and wifi worked great the entire time. The kitchen is also very large and had what you needed to make meals.

Great super-central hotel I would classify as upper business. The interior is posh, luxurious. Breakfast is excellent, single choice in the regular (open to outside) in-house upscale restaurant. Last few times visiting Vancouver for a short stay have found that taking the tram into downtown is much more comfortable and convenient than finding an airport hotel/motel in Richmond. This was an excellent choice, and highly recommended.
