Staff were great. Beds were comfy, fridge in the room, easy access to downtown Van. Free breakfast and free parking are an excellent bonus. I slept on the street side which wasn't even that loud.

    - Easy & good communication with a very friendly and responsive host! - Beautiful, spacious (except bedroom) apartment, very well equipped kitchen - Amazing views of the city and actually not as noisy as you'd think. The little sound machine in the bedroom was a nice touch. - Good, reliable internet as well as Netflix setup with big screen - Ideal location very close to Yaletown and the rest of downtown, so many good vegan food options - Also ideal for solo traveler when working remotely though also for couples exploring the city

Perfect location to explore the city. Beds comfortable enough. Free parking was great to have as well. Nice to have a cold fridge that was clean. AC and fans available were helpful as it gets quite warm at the top of the house. Nice patio to sit at in the cool afternoon air.

The property calls itself a higher end, boutique hotel, but it really is dated and mechanical issues like the air conditioning in the rooms for our room did not work and the bass room facilities, toilet and shower. We’re in adequate for the amount that you paid for this motel.

Charming, cozy, welcoming. Loved the breakfast, 24 hour pantry access, and the complimentary sherry was absolutely delicious. Every little detail has been thought out, including umbrellas for rainy days. Loved having free parking for our car. Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere in downtown Vancouver.
