Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Fun pool with lovely surrounding garden area. Powerful air conditioning. Better than average Canadian motel breakfast. Bed coverings were good - not too hot as motels tend to be.
Main building was clean. Older building out of the 50’s and reminded me of a run down bad motel. If we had not been moved to the main building we would have not stayed at all.
The room was spacious and convenient. The hotel is situated right at the entrance of Salmon Arm at the Transcanada highway, perfect for an overnightstay when on the road.
Personel was friendly, breakfast buffet was nice .
Very clean. Coffee in the lobby and free decent breakfast. Arguably, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel/motel. Also, we were allowed to bring our husky into a pet friendly room.
Breakfast was ok at best. Limited selection. Available a bit later than what I wanted. Location of motel was good.
