We were unfamiliar with this motel, and surprised to discover a true motel at this location. We arrived late and left early. Although we didn't meet any of the staff, we did communicate with them because their stated time window for checking-in is very narrow, (between 15h00 and 17h00) and we were arriving much later. Despite some minor technological issues we were successfully provided with an electronic key via a phone app that worked very well. The room was very comfortable, albeit a bit small for the king size bed. The accoutrements in the room made for a pleasant atmosphere. The comfortable bathroom was very clean, large, and functional. The basics were provided and additional personal hygiene products were available for purchase. The shower was great. The motel is quite close to the highway but sufficiently remote to be very quiet. We heard a wildlife fight (likely racoons) shortly after we arrived. Interestingly the motel also serves as a venue and although we did not see the venue itself, based on the size of the building it would be a wonderfully intimate locale. The location was great for our purposes.

It was very easy to reach the city center with my own vehicle. Having free parking is a great advantage. The breakfast was beyond my expectations and was really good. The staff was friendly
The receptionist that evening was very patient with me to figure out my card issues and she was so kind enough to offer me free parking that night
She smiled alot and she was very cheerful.
In the morning a different receptionist with same smiles and willingness to assist, she was a sight for sore eyes that morning.

Front desk staff were all great! Helpful, efficient, friendly. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Lots of free parking. Nice seating area at front of hotel. Very close to the 417 but still quiet. Walking distance to restaurants, bar, goceries, etc.

Property offers free parking and free to-go breakfast with your stay. It's nothing fancy but honestly, the bed was really comfortable which was surprising for a motel. I've stayed in others where the bed was sunken in the middle, but this one wasn't. About 15-20min walking distance from parliament hill. Overall it was fairly clean, no sign of any bed bugs in the bed which I inspect every time I stay somewhere.
