Sukchan is such a real person. Down to earth, friendly and always makes eye contact when speaking with you. His desire is for you to have the best time possible while at his place. He treats you as if you were the only person there and you are of utmost importance.
The room was super clean, the kitchen ware was great, it had an actual vent that goes outside, not recirculated back into the room! Everything is well thought out. He does everything with an eye to future proofing and ensuring that it’s all quality from top to bottom. It shows.
The bathroom has great fixtures, the towels are better than I get at hotels that cost double. It’s the little things sometimes.
Nothing is run down, dirty or broken. Everything is as new or close.
He even had one of his staff get my suitcase from the second floor.
I’ve been to so many hotels and motels and Medicine Hat, from budget to high end and nothing comes close to the service, care and quality that I’ve seen with him and Riverside Motel

Really good Breakfast, was able to park in front of room. Staff were very friendly and efficient at check-in and remained accessible during stay. Room was very clean. Had asked for accessible room, but several rooms including that one were being renovated. I didn't mind as I got a ground floor room and am looking forward to a great room next time. Also, I like to sleep with an open window and I was able to open it a few inches.

Actually, I was upgraded to the econlodge facilities, so I did not stay in the TC motel.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
In the centre of the city with free parking. Within walking distance of downtown. This is a suite with kitchen bedroom and a living room. Great price as well. This room had an additional bedroom and bathroom attached which would be great for a family.
This room was wonderfully modern. Obviously much attention was given to this motel when remodeled. Full kitchenette including an induction hot plate. Very good WiFi. Comfortable bed. Not fancy place but a good nights rest. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean! This motel is older, but kept clean. For me, that's the biggest issue. We only needed a bed to sleep, we were not in the room a lot.
I have stayed at the Park Lane many times over the past couple of decades because it is very economical and always enjoyed my stays. I stayed in one of their newly renovated rooms this last time and was very impressed with all the upgrades they have done. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. I have stayed in motels that charge much much more and not been anywhere nearly as comfortable.
Older motel but very clean and bathroom had recently been updated. Beds comfortable and room was large. Husband and wife owners were very helpful. Been on the road in Canada for one month and this was the best value we have encountered so far.
Loved the wood ceiling etc. Beds very comfortable. Nice and clean. Quiet - hardly heard any cars as off highway enough to not hear much. Motel agent very friendly and very helpful. Met all our needs and close to our event this weekend. Thank you for the great service and room.
I do a lot of cycling and I found lots of beautiful nature areas in reasonably close distance to cycle to and around - enjoyed the coulees. I also liked that there were stores near the motel to shop at for necessities or just to wander around.
