    The waitress at the restaurant connected to the motel was extremely nice. She saw my mother's dog, became excited and gave him some small treats. What a wonderful person! She should be the one greeting the guests and taking care of the bookings.

    Location was good. At the restaurant the people were nice and the food was fine. The motel manger was nice (had to be called to the motel to check us in so we had to wait for him, no biggy), but he did not give us a receipt or tell us about any amenities (non really) or any quirks regarding the room.

    Very clean and quiet - only a 5 minute drive into Mattawa where there is a Tim Horton's and grocery store. Beds were very comfortable. Pleasant surroundings as the motel is situated on a lake.

    The motel sits on a beautiful lake. The motel had the feel of a little Inn where you would stay a while. All the other guests were so friendly. The motel was immaculate.

    Onsite Restaurant food was excellent, motel room could use some reno's. Our room was slightly at a slant, and the bathroom definitely needed some maintenance.
