Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The motel sits on a hill above the Margaree River, and has a lovely panoramic view. With the windows closed the room seemed quiet enough. It was comfortable. On Sunday mornings only they have an excellent breakfast buffet near the reception area.
Friendly check in and restaurant service. Only breakfast was served in the restaurant due to staff shortage but it was delicious, reasonable and plenty of food.
What I appreciated most was how clean and bright our room was even though the motel was old.
