Although it is an older motel we were very pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep. It was very quiet even though it was fully booked. When we arrived it was raining and the man attending the counter opened the door for me when he saw me heading to the office. He was courteous and offered some helpful advice about dining options in the area.

My husband and I have stayed at the lion motel many times and everytime we were happy and comfortable. We have returned many times because we are pleased with the room #1 is the room we have always stayed,, #1 has become very senemental to both of us. Thank You very Much to the Staff of the lion motel. We will be there again in the summer. Stay Safe
The Lion is an older motel. It was fresh looking, smelling & very clean. The grounds are lovely although it does not have a swimming pool or a breakfast service. Since my sister & I were staying only one night in the area it suited our purposes. I would stay there again.
The Staff was super friendly and accomodating. That is typically one thing that you get at smaller motels.
Bed and towels were clean.

We have stayed at the Lion Motel several times. The price met our needs, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will continue to book when we need an overnight stop.
The manager was very friendly and the area was extremely quiet, I slept well. There were some restaurants within walking distance and I would recommend this motel.
I don’t like this motel because it is very dirty and bed uncomfortable and the room inside has so many flyers and bugs and We were so scared and I paid $139 dollars
