    Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice toiletries. I especially liked the walk-in shower. Very nice and accommodating staff. Great location to get downtown or to the West end. Free parking was nice and great wifi connection.

    Dirty towels the sink was dirty in my room the way the management have their employees managed the facilities it is on acceptable I have never seen a hotel or motel run like this I would never come back to this place.

    It's only 10 because it's best in Hamilton but not the world, We suck in Hamilton bad. Pool needs a clean, the hot tub being removed at some point very sad but the pool was warm. Hot Free coffee and laundry! $9 for a bag of chips is a bit much. Wine and beer and food. The best motel food but very high cost with cheep kid meal options and good size meals.

    There was a water bottle for me when I arrived. Free parking. Private entrance. It is a pretty old house that's been partially renovated. Netflix included. The owner was pretty quick for answering inquiries, but refused to give me even a partial refund.

    Privacy was great and location was good. Appreciated the free parking available and key pickup was easy and efficient. Tv was great with all the app options (disney, Netflix, prime).

    The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The motel's front desk is open 24 hours which was very nice because our flight landed at the airport at 1:00 a.m. and we didn't get to the motel until around 1:30 a.m. The staff were very pleasant. I would recommend this motel.

    nothing really. The place was old and dumpy and the smell of smoke everywhere you went in the motel. Especially in the rooms.
