Looking for a motel?
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful! There was ample free parking and the wifi signal was quite good. The beds were quite comfortable plus it had a mini-fridge that was useful!

This is a older motel but is still in reasonable condition and is good value for the money. Our room had a double bed in the main room and a second double bed in a separate bedroom, so this would be an ideal room for two couples or small family. The room had a full stove, sink and dishes, but a small bar refrigerator. The bathroom was upgraded with new tub and facilities etc.

The Blue Bell is older but well maintained and affordable. My room was perfectly clean with everything in working order. The motel business is managed by a separate person than is the Service station/convenience store. She has extensive hospitality management experience. That inspires customer confidence!

Whenever passing thru - we stay at the Shannon - it's a great, older motel - always clean and well attended.

Basic motel. Serves the purpose. Tired of driving, needed sleep. CANNOT beat the price. Under a 100 CAD. Slept for 6 hours , showered and back on the road.

Great spot to stop on the journey. Breakfast items were sufficient to get us on the road.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The attached lounge had good food and service. Would be a good base to explore the surrounding area and was great as a place to rest after a long day on the road. There’s a reason it’s consistently well reviewed.

Stopped for two nights here as part of a motorcycle trip from Alaska south to the US. The motel was convenient and for the price, good value. The owner/manager could not have been more helpful and it was a good place to just restock and chill for a day or so.

Old motel style place. Staff was so warm and welcoming! Even gave us couch covers for our dogs!
