The hotel is on the edge of the town and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. There is free parking. The queen double rooms are comfortable and spacious with A/C cold and warm. There is no evening restaurant but there are plenty close by. The breakfast was buffet style and there were helpful staff around to replenish food and clean up if necessary. Enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to like for the price they charge $$$$$. TRUMP HOTEL Rates low, low, end motel vibe. You should be ashamed of ripping off the tourist.

We got an upgrade to a loft room, which was really nice. After a couple of weeks on the road, we enjoyed having the kitchenette, to be able to cook our own dinner, (warm up a nice soup bought at the excellent IGA in town). Location suited us and we enjoyed the 15 minute stroll into the main strip of Banff. Roam Transit was super efficient to get around the rest of Banff, with a stop just a minutes walk from the property. Breakfast was enjoyable as well

Loved that free transit passes were provided - great to be able to leave the car at the motel when exploring the downtown and travelling to the Banff Springs Hotel.

Beautiful location with ample free parking. Short walk to Banff centre. Very quiet. Complimentary hot drinks and oats for breakfast available as and when wanted. Very nice and welcoming hosts who were attentive for the duration of our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great location in Banff right near Bear Street which has great bars, cafes and restaurants. Still an easy walk to the main drag, but you don't need to go anywhere else. If you've hired a rental car, it's an easy exit off the Trans Canada Highway, a short drive to Lynx Street and parking is right under the hotel. Laundry facilities downstairs which is handy if you've been on the road for a while! We ended paying to upgrade our initial booking to a loft room with bigger windows and a view. (see comments below)
