This place is amazing! The interior is just beautiful! The common area is also great and the WiFi is excellent for those who have to work remotely. You have everything you need - coffee machine, tea, toothpaste, toothbrushes, iron, hairdryer and much more. The communication with the property managers was very easy. I highly recommend the place.
We loved everything! The room was Amazing: very Big, modern, clean and good looking. It has a great terrace with an amazing view To snowy beautiful mountains and green grass with cute sheeps.room had big new TV, mini bar, a kettle, big double bed, A.C and more. Hotel has near free parking. spa was also excluded. the room was located at a quite area.
It's our second stay in the hotel. A big room, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a free parking place... These are big advantages of this hotel. We don't use pools, so I can't say anything about them.
Very nice staff, it really makes the difference when comparing with other hotels from Bulgaria. We had everything we needed, food was great(you have free a la carte menu for dinner), free parking, great spa, free shuttle, 7-8 min walk to gondola. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable.
Spacious, clean and very friendly host. The 2 bedroom apartment has a good view to the peaks. The location is walking distance to the center. Free parking was a good plus. A big supermarket is just 30-50 meters away.
I really enjoyed the week we spent in Bansko. The hotel is nice, close to anything that might interest you. Our room was large and comfortable, breakfast was ok, good coffee and warm croissants. The staff are really friendly, especially Radi, who is also very kind and efficient. I would definitely come back again.

5 minute walk to the gondola. Restaurants and Main Street very close, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Free parking on the streets around the property.
