A beautiful, phenomenal hotel. It has its own unfussy atmosphere. I don't understand the low rating on booking. Everything was of a high standard. Beautiful room with private bathroom. The whole hotel had amazing scenery inside. Plus free, free parking and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

The Hotel staff the very friendly. Even before the chek-in I was contacted by the hotel staff and given details about how we can get there, where we can stop for coffee on the road etc. They were attentive during the whole stay asking if tehre was any issue.
Reasonable location (but long, uphill walk to main sites) which was easy to find off a busy main road. Free parking in hotel car-park. Well-furnished, spacious room. Good breakfast.

The welcoming of the staff was amazing and without asking, they upgraded my room and given me some free entertainment.
The guest relation (Narmin) was following up with me before reaching to the hotel , she offered me a welcoming drink on the road and once I reached there also.
And she was following up with me even after I did a check out.
It was a very nice experience (the only regretting was because i Stayed there one night).
Central location, facilities are clean and in working condition. Free parking available on site. Great value for money. Food is pretty basic and mainly local. Staff are a bit slow and any non-standard requests would leave them confused.
