The location is good. Central to shops and right on the Rye Pier. I would say the bedroom window lacks privacy and allows the light in from the building next door making it difficult to sleep. You have to close the blind during the day for privacy because of the large apartment block next door. The stairs are steep to the 1st floor. Cleanliness is O.K, not reflecting the cleaning staff but more the property could do with a freshen up. The fridge was noisy. I would stay here again but would ask for a different room.

Most easiest check in and check out I’ve ever had ,very pleased with my stay and such a great price for a weekend stay.

Room is clean, location is good. The Italian restaurant nearby is a bonus. Room is small but has everything you need. Backyard looks nice and neat. Water pressure is great so you can have a great shower.

The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Staff friendly and helpful. So comfortable and had everything you would need. Very peaceful environment. We had the best night’s sleep. (I was flooded out in Rochester 14 months ago and still waiting for renovations to be completed. It was such a boost to experience the night in the motel.). All went thanks. Not that it is your fault but the taxi didnt turn up to take me to the ferry. One of your kind guests drove me to the ferry. If I cant work out tho how to ensure I can get a taxi I will have to review my ability to stay at your motel.
Convenient location. Easy walk to shopping precinct. Short drive to where I needed to be for work. Nice thought of 2 complimentary beers in fridge (tho' didn't drink). At the time of booking, the most economical stay in Sorrento I found. Staff were friendly. As a motel, it was as I expected. Simple needs met as in a clean comfortable bed, kitchenette facilities and suitable bathroom.
