The location is good. Central to shops and right on the Rye Pier. I would say the bedroom window lacks privacy and allows the light in from the building next door making it difficult to sleep. You have to close the blind during the day for privacy because of the large apartment block next door. The stairs are steep to the 1st floor. Cleanliness is O.K, not reflecting the cleaning staff but more the property could do with a freshen up. The fridge was noisy. I would stay here again but would ask for a different room.

The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
This motel really surprised us. It's in great value, the rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is also perfect, close to the beach and a really good local restaurant. We'd love to come back again!
The motel was fine for the price range, my room was in very good condition, I liked the beach colour scheme, the shower and toilet all work as they should. The motel has an outdoor garden area with undercover tables and chairs, BBQ and more, which is very nice. Checking in and out was easy.
