Helen greeted us on arrival and was very friendly. The room was very tidy and comfortable. Small things that make a big difference such as the soft lights beneath the vanity in the bathroom that turn on automatically when you walk in in the middle of the night are appreciated.

We had a great "family" room which was 2 rooms so we didn't have to go to bed when the kids did!
