Room and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Comfortable lounges, beds were soft and warm and apartment was well equipped. Shower is luxurious. There are two toilets, one in main bathroom, and one separately. Has nice outdoor veranda and table and chairs. Parking area was private and secure.

Set on the grounds of the historic Cotswold home built in the 1800’s, this motel offers free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and a bar, 2 minutes’ drive from Armidale and Dumaresq Creek.
Staff were really friendly and the room was clean and tidy.

Nicely renovated room and bathroom. Definitely one of the nicest and cleanest motel rooms we have ever stayed in. Basic buffet breakfast too which was nice.
Our room was very clean, with a modern decor. The motel staff were helpful, and the car parking was right outside our room and reasonably easy to get in/out of. The room had the usual coffee/tea facilities plus a microwave and the A/C warmed the room to comfortable level. The over-night temperature was -3*C, so the electric blankets on the beds were very much appreciated.
The location, overall environment, comfort, and the staff are the very best in Armidale (where I have accessed many other motel facilities over past visits to that city).
Location was a short walk into town. Parking was motel style in front of unit. Coffee tea and biscuits provided. Room had a queen bed and a single bed. Everything worked. Room was clean. Room was warm from reverse cycle air conditioning
Very surprised by this little motel! Staff were so friendly, the value for money was amazing and extremely clean. We didn’t have high expectations for the price we paid, it was such a lovely surprise. We couldn’t fault our stay :)
Owners have been in the business for a long time and nurture the experience of staying in a motel as it is given to us in the novels and films of the tradition “on the road” hotel stay. A time capsule that has preserved the experience of staying in motels in the 1980’s. Has all the things you need on top of the nostalgia, comfortable bed, warm shower etc. I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Armidale.
