Very quiet which is very unusual for an old building
The staff was nice and gave me a room on the courtyard side, when I asked for one.
High ceilings and large stairs give the general impression of having ample room around you.
The hotel is very close to a major restaurant and bar / going-out area in Brotteaux but not actually part of it

We liked the comfy room, good bed, air con, clean bathroom etc to be expected from this chain. Pool was a bonus and we appreciated the secure parking. There were families with small children so it must get high marks there as well. Staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, professional and to be commended. Good people clearly well trained to a high standard so BRAVO!!
We had to hunt to find an open grill place for dinner as august closures meant the very few restaurants we could find were shut. Perhaps worth reconsidering the in house restaurant if we were to return.
The location is airport friendly and easy for motorway access. Have no illusions that you are in the city as you are in conference centre territory on the outskirts. We didn't breakfast so can't comment.
Accommodation was great. Close to the train and bus station. I was there only for one night without breakfast so I couldn’t explore more benefits of this hotel, but for one night stay it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and perfect location according the bus and train stations.
Breakfast is available to choose from according to quality and price. The hotel is very close to the train station. You can reach the train station in 1 minute by walking. Clean bedroom, clean bathroom
Mercure Beaux Arts has a great location !!! The Hotel es very well kept and it does have a very French feek to it !!! All the staff - from reception to breakfast room very helpful & attentive !!! Perefct size, not too grand but very well supplied !!!
A brand-new, modern, fashionable and functional hotel. It's a new chain by Accor, and it reminded me of the Moxy chain of Marriott, but I feel TRIBE is a notch above for the room and the shared space. It was not quite finished when I stayed! The room is not big, but functional to accommodate everything you need. The bed is comfortable and quite high (I am 162cm), but it is to store a large suitcase underneath. I loved the fluffy towels. It's a good hotel for a quick work stay and good value for money.
It was close to Gare Part Dieu. Like a lot of apartments that are now being advertised on Booking.com a bit hard to find. It was fine for a one night stay and Noor was helpful to us. Not 5 star but hey the Mercure up the road would have cost 450 euros for the night. It was small but clean.
Like all Ibis Styles, simple, functional and comfortable. Very good location next to Lyon's main railway station and close to the main public transport lines. You can dine at the Mercure hotel restaurant (same group), in the same building.
Since we were departing from Gare Lyon Part-Dieu, we wanted a hotel that was close to the station. This Mercure hotel is literally adjacent to Gare Part-Dieu. The station is directly behind the Mercure. The price was reasonable for the location in Lyon. There is a nearby Tram and bus stop which provides easy public transportation into central Lyon or Vieux Lyon. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I really like this hotel, and stayed a few times for work. The rooms are different, from very small, single bed set up, to bigger, full bed etc. but prices accordingly, and all of the rooms are really stylish. I liked staying there everytime. It has a nice vibe and a cafe on site with a great team.
