The luxurious Marriott Guangzhou Tianhe is located in the heart of Tianhe Business District, a 5-minute drive from Guangzhou East Railway Station and an easy 8-minute walk away from Tianhe Sports Center Subway Station (Line 1). It offers a 24-hour health centre and an indoor pool. Property was superbly located right in the centre of town and right next to one of the biggest shopping malls. The view from my suite was exceptional and the staff at the hotel were fantastic, especially Ronald and the concierge team.

Opposite Shenzhen Golf Club, JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen is an upscale setting centrally located along Shennan Boulevard, the thriving commercial area of Futian District. Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center is positioned a 10-minute drive away. Tactfully intermingling traditional 5 elements and modern comforts, the hotel features immaculate accommodations and an array of advanced facilities. From the welcoming staff opening the door , to the receptionists , concierges, waitressing staff and domestics everyone were polite, professional, pleasant and helpful. We will book this hotel again and we will warmly recommend it .

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff, in particular Miss Alina YU. Alina helped my check-in process which was seamless and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room and begin my relaxing stay. She also provided detailed information about room features, hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions. Afterwards she also made herself available for answering various queries. Whilst there were issues arisen during my stay, Alina is proactive in finding solutions. Whether it's a problem with the room, a request for extra amenities, or assistance with travel arrangements, she took immediate action to address the issue and ensure my satisfaction. In sum, it was a truly memorable experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. Please convey my sincere gratitude to your staff including Alina and I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
