The luxurious Marriott Guangzhou Tianhe is located in the heart of Tianhe Business District, a 5-minute drive from Guangzhou East Railway Station and an easy 8-minute walk away from Tianhe Sports Center Subway Station (Line 1). The view from my suite was exceptional and the staff at the hotel were fantastic, especially Ronald and the concierge team.

Alina helped my check-in process which was seamless and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room and begin my relaxing stay. She also provided detailed information about room features, hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions. Afterwards she also made herself available for answering various queries. Whilst there were issues arisen during my stay, Alina is proactive in finding solutions. Whether it's a problem with the room, a request for extra amenities, or assistance with travel arrangements, she took immediate action to address the issue and ensure my satisfaction.
