The accomadations, location, and breakfast were excellent. The staff were okay. No one was really that nice. They weren't rude either. It just wasn't anything to write home about after spending almost $200 per room. Not what I would expect from Marriott.

I reached out a few days after due to a family member becoming ill and we had a change of plans per doctors orders and we were not making the trip. I NEVER got communication back from ALOFT NOR BOOKING.com. Stealing money isn’t cool, I didn’t mind paying a fee but paying a full rate with out staying and with at least 5 days of notice. Not cool, I need a refund for a room I did not stay in.

It was recently remodeled. The neighborhood is sort of sketchy, but it was quiet during the night. The room was clean, and there were no odd odors. The check in counter was sort of sketchy, too. There was a sign that registered sex offenders can no longer stay there. The price was right and convenient for my travels.

The beds were terrible, weren't even made professionally and most uncomfortable. The hotel did not meet the expectations of a high quality hotel. I've stayed in Aloft in Austin, TX and was expecting a similar experience.

First off you can’t find the entrance and it is very dark and not in a great location. Homeless people everywhere. We did not feel safe. Then you walk in to a dingy front desk which feels like you are walking in from a back alley. Rooms were ok. Noise level was ok but that was probably bc everything shows they are permanently closed once you get in the city so not sure many people were staying there. Will not be going back and we are in Tulsa a lot. Bad representation for an Aloft hotel.

I was told when booking that the breakfast was $10 per person but turned out to be $15 per person for stale pancakes which had little black bugs crawling around on the syrup tray. And black stuff in the orange juice. I told the lady at the register and she stated that she usually doesn’t work at that location.. she never addressed the bug situation. So I wasted $45 on breakfast that We couldn’t eat.. long hairs stuck to sink and shower walls in bathroom , Gross!
