    The check in was easy and prompt. The room was very spacious and very clean. It was quiet and all electronics worked well. The waterfall shower was a lovely start to the day and the staff were friendly and helpful....all contributed to a wonderful stay.

    I stayed here during my recent business trip. The amiable staff and the pleasant surroundings contributed to an enjoyable experience. One highlight that stood out was the breathtaking view I had of the lush, green neighborhood. Highly recommended.

    The staff was proactive, capable, and super friendly. I travel frequently and have stayed in a *lot* of hotels over the years. To be honest: Westin used to be my go-to, but I had several bad experiences in a row; so started favoring other brands. Based in this experience, I'm going to be back soon. (Service level felt more like Four Seasons than Marriott or Hilton. It was great!)

    My entire reservation on booking.com was canceled. I meant to just cancel one of two rooms. But the person at the desk on Saturday, 4/2 helped us secure a room. She also informed me of my perks as a Marriott cardholder. We got an early check-in and late check-out. It was perfect. She was great.

    Check-in and out. But the place is confusingly organized and has a couple of entrances. If you come in the side the registration desk looks like the welcome stand for a conference. But the desk personnel were pleasant and competent.
