My entire stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive and were there for any need or question. They all make the first feel special and appreciated. I will be writing to the General Manager in more detail how delighted I am with my stay at his venue His staff exemplifies the Marriott values and traditions.

Traveled for a Dance Competition that was held at the Durham Convention Center that is connected to the Marriott. This made it very convenient when the girls were not dancing to go relax in the room.

The bed was super comfortable. We were put in a double room and had registered for a king. The next morning they were able to change our room for the next three nights and that made all the difference.

SpringHill Suites is a new, hotel a few blocks from DPAC-Durham Performing Arts Center ad several upscale restaurants. The Front Desk staff was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and available all hours. They greeted guests, stocked the lobby refrigerator, they were multi-tasking and still friendly with customers. My guest room was clean, and spacious. I enjoyed my stay and will return when the opportunity permits.

It felt like this hotel was once a Marriott or Hilton. Much was left in place for Sonestra, and now Sonestra is slowly sucking anything good from the whole experience.

The AC Marriott in Durham is a very stylish, new hotel. All the spaces are very beautifully decorated in contemporary style. The room was very smartly designed and equally stylish. The bathroom was terrific, with a very large counter space - rare for any hotel. We really enjoyed the hotel. Great location, convenient to the university and with some good dining options nearby.

I had accidently booked the Marriott hotel in Durham USA, the staff in Durham UK were so helpful and kind. A huge thank you to Robert and Alice. They called the USA for us, up graded our room and gave us tickets to the Lumiere event. I will certainly not use Booking.com EVER again. But I certainly will book a Marriott hotel in the future.
