Great breakfast and super comfortable bed. Hotel is very welcoming, staff more than friendly, we had very good time here. There is no better location as everything is close or near bus/tram stops. We will be looking for Citizen M now wherever we go.

Quiet doors! A god send! The room was large and clean. The beds were very comfortable had a little balcony overlooking the pool. It was fantastic.

From the friendliness to the cleanliness to the location to the comfort, it’s outstanding. on arrival we were extremely warm welcomed by Bri, who continued to be so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her. she made us feel very welcome during our three night stay. our accommodation was very big, comfortable and nicely decorated. Fleur Noir has a wonderful pool and pool area with fire pits for the evenings. it looks so beautiful at nighttime all lit up. there is also the added bonus of a complimentary snack room with coffee, pastries, snacks, and drinks, water and juice in the fridge. There is also a bar area if you wish to purchase alcohol drinks. would highly recommend this beautiful hotel

The location was nice. The room was spartan and that's it. Overall it looks clean but there is a sense of griminess about the room. There was no hair conditioner. There was a generic tube of shampoo. She upgraded us to the luxury suite!!! LOL.

I stayed in the hotel about 20 years ago, because of location near family in Santa Monica.-- it has now been completely redone, and is modern and upscale. Has a exquisite restaurant at the top called The Penthouse, a litte cafe off the lobby, a small exercise room. No spa. The front desk is more than helpful and really terrific.
The most impressive aspect of this hotel was the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff's genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel truly valued. Whether interacting with the concierge, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay. This outstanding level of service significantly enhanced the overall experience and left a lasting positive impression.
Amazing hotel. A real luxurious hotel and so gorgeous. Staff were so friendly. Room was so nice and bed was comfortable. Perfect location. Walking distance to so many restaurants. There were markets on the weekend near the hotel. Pool was so cool with an outdoor bar. A little pricey but worth it if your looking for a bit of luxury
Everything about the hotel was great. The location and cleanliness in particular was outstanding. The hotel was better than the photos showed. It was spotlessly clean and the toiletries were really lovely to use. I've stayed in many hotels around the world both for work and pleasure and some 5 star but none as clean as Hotel Stratford. Loved how bathroom windows opened to allow fresh air. Twin room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The Queen deluxe room was huge. Excellent value for money. Totally exceeded expectations.
Outstanding Appartement with equipment never had before (washing machine and dryer). Very stylisch ,but very functional. Will recommend to friends definitely. 5 Stars!
Super double bed room, view overlooking marina, great sunsets. Had the best half chicken ever at the Resturant, We sat outside with a gas fire and very attentive service. I ordered a chicken dish which think it was called Mary. Only one bone being the drum stick in the whole portion! It was both Tender, moist very flavoursome with a great spicy source.Our sever called the chef whom I applauded for their outstanding dish. Next night went to our first baseball match to support the local team the Padres.
