The hotel itself is exceptionally beautiful with the beach and the pools being stunning. Rooms were great, and the service was top notch. Whatever we needed or asked for was sent across and any requests were attended to almost immediately. We never once heard a no from any of the staff. Always smiling and willing to help. The food was exceptional too, and my husband and I both cannot thank the staff enough at Al Tanoor restaurant. Right from the quality/taste of the food, to the outstanding service - fantastic would be an understatement. Special shout out to Suresh who took care of all of our needs - ensuring to accommodate our request for out of menu food items and making sure we are comfortable (as we are vegetarian) and to chef Murthy, chef Raymond who cooked the absolute best food and also kept checking with us to ensure everything was alright and if we needed anything else. And to Thomus as well - who again took care of us and ensured we had everything we needed. We literally went back to Al tanoor multiple times over the course of our stay - purely and simply because of this team! Thank you :)
