The entire staff was always available and professional from the very beginning. The facility has excellent pools where children can spend the whole day, and the dining service is of the highest quality. I want to particularly mention the restaurant staff who fully catered to our needs. Notable among them is Sous Chef Christos, who personally attended to our needs and allergies. Christos is a person for whom words are not enough to express his kindness. He is courteous, collaborative, cheerful, and always present! Thanks to his constant help, we were able to have a worry-free vacation. Thank you, Christos! Also, the dining room staff Giannis and Giorgios were incredibly helpful and courteous, always at our service! I came to Chania for my birthday, and it was the best ever birthday. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, they elevate the overall experience. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options, and the restaurant also had the best steak I've had in a long time. The view from the room was stunning with an amazing view of the city and sea. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing stay. I'll definitely be back.

Free WiFi is available throughout. we loved everything about this lovely hotel, from the moment we arrived, and greeted by and given a tour by the even lovelier Sofia, to when sadly had to say our goodbyes to all the wonderful staff. such an elegantly designed hotel, attentive and big hearted helpful employees on a beautiful spot on one of the best islands on the planet! love Crete and now have a favourite hotel that I will certainly be visiting again!

The staff was kind and very helpful, the rooms were incredible, the breakfast was delicious and had many options. The location is great, very close to everything and still quiet. We would highly recommend Mansio to all of our friends and hope to be able to come back.

Set in the centre of Heraklio Town, 2.3 km from Amoudara Beach and 600 metres from Heraklion Archaeological Museum, KM LUXURY APART DOWNTOWN offers free WiFi and air conditioning. This recently renovated apartment is located 1 km from Venetian Walls and 7.1 km from The Palace of Knossos. The apartment features family rooms. We stayed for 3 nights as a family of three and wish we could've stayed longer. The studios are brand new and everything from kitchen, beds to bathroom was super super clean. The location is also top since you're in a Walking distance to nearly everything. Would definetly recommend and we'll rebook anytime If again in the City!
