Peak District is 16 km away where guests can engage in activities such as water sports, swimming, riding, bird watching and rock climbing. Lovely cottage at Waterhouses, in a good position for visiting the peak district. Will come back in Summer for cycling and hiking. The cottage is well equipped with a separate kitchen. Very friendly hosts who gave us the keys in person despite our late arrival. Thank you for the nice stay.

Woodleighton Cottages is located in Uttoxeter, a 5-minute walk from Uttoxeter Racecourse and 7 miles from Alton Towers. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

The self-catering cottages have fully equipped kitchens equipped with granite worktops, Denby kitchenware, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are private bathrooms with bathrobes and fresh towels in every cottage. Free private parking is available. Complimentary wine, bottled water, tea and coffee are provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodleighton Cottages. From the welcome pack which greeted us on our arrival to the checking in from Rachel over the duration of our stay to see if everything was okay or whether we needed anything or help with anything. It was truly a 1st Class service and most definitely a 5 star accommodation. The Cottages are a short distance to the race course or to the town centre. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending Woodleighton to our family and friends .

The bedrooms are decorated in pastel colours and have fresh flowers from the garden. Guests also get a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a refrigerator with fresh milk, water and fruit juice. The hosts were amazing very helpful, breakfast was delicious beautiful seating area outside the chalet for the evening,great location for visiting Alton towers. I can honestly say it's one of the nicest places we have stayed

Each room features a flat-screen satellite TV and scenic countryside views. The bright and airy bedrooms also have a private, individually styled bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The accommodations were perfect for us! The food was delicious!
