The bathroom was the best part however (spacious with big shower). The room had a private garden, but it was cold and rainy during our stay, so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it. There was an electric kettle, coffee/tea provided, hairdryer. The hotel has a great location and is around 40 min on foot/ 20 min with the bus from the old town. Many small shops and cafes in the areas as well. The cleaning lady was very kind.

The location is perfect: the tram or bus to and from the airport is within a 3-minute walk, and the entire city center and old town are within 10-15min walking distance, with plenty of food and drinks around. The apartment is very comfortable, with a lot of space, cozy and warm, with a huge bathroom. It's quiet and well-equipped. The code system works perfectly and is very practical. It's really great value for money. The manager also kindly arranged last minute for us to leave our luggage after check out before our flight. Thank you!

The glamorous Rutland Hotel has stylish rooms, a luxurious late-lounge, and a unique restaurant with a glass wine cellar. It is situated on the West End of Princes Street, with views of Edinburgh Castle. The apartment was amazing. Felt really luxurious and location was perfect. Also very quiet! We loved it and will definitely stay here again! Well worth the money for a memorable stay x
