The hotel itself is a nice mix between an old mansion (reception, bar and dining room) and the modern part with very nice and spacious rooms. The location of the hotel is super, close enough to the center of Inverness to walk there in 10 minutes, but far enough to be very quiet and close to the river that allows beautiful strolls.
The restaurant (breakfast / dinner) is good, the drinks and service in the bar are top and parking is free too.
We even received a free upgrade as they had some superior rooms available.
Glencoe
Located on a private terrace perched above a river RiverBeds - Luxury Wee Lodges with Hot Tubs is set on a golf course and private estate in the Glencoe Valley. Fort William is 9.3 miles from the property, and Ballachulish village is 2.5 miles away. Great location on the river, the jacuzzi was great to relax.

The rooms at the Cuillin Hills Hotel have warm, modern décor while never losing the traditional feel. Every room has fresh fruit, mineral water, tea/coffee facilities and smart TV's with BT sport, satellite TV and Chromecast. The view of the room is incredible, such a lovely view and the room is cozy, it really exceeded our expectations. We had dinner and breakfast there as well and we really enjoyed it too.

Lovely hotel, very tastefully decorated Good quality bedding Comfy Bed Nice extras - cookies were lush Right by the train station Parking on Site Was self check in, not a problem for us as all information on the Hotel and the village was given by message.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, who couldn't do enough for us. Gave us lots of tips and suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, fresh fruit, juices etc as well as freshly cooked items. Lovely room, clean, comfortable, and luxurious. Superb house, loved meeting the dogs and chickens! By the time we checked out, it felt like we'd been visiting friends.
This being our first trip to the area - they are very well located, Our room was superb. The most comfortable bed I;ve ever slept in. Having breakfast served in our room overlooking the gorgeous Dunnet Bay, with just the sound of the swifts flying over the countryside was priceless. we didn't have time for the hot tub but luxurious walk in shower was great - also free-standing bath in the bedroom with the view -- just outstanding. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful - we look forward to going back soon!
Dinner and breakfast top. As for dinner the local chef from Skye- with a few improvements - could compete for a Michelin star. Service outstanding.
Everything was amazing. Wendy was most helpful from day 1 nothing was ever to much. Always quick to respond to any messages before the stay. If you want a lovely quiet staying in the middle of the countryside surrounded by trees,chickens and rabbits this is your place to go. 5 stars all the way.

It is so comfortable and everything is there that you need. The breakfast hamper was superb and there is something for everyone. The shower is powerful and there are plenty of toiletries. Everything was top quality and very luxurious. spot on x
Micheline awarded chef in the kitchen is impressive with his dinner tasting menus. Breakfast was exclusive as well. You can choose from a variety of starters and mains for breakfast which is an excellent idea. We loved it all – tidy and cozy rooms, beautifully furnished common rooms, and the best food. The Lodge itself is a well-reconstructed historical building. Very romantic. And I mustn't forget to appreciate the very high quality and professionality of the staff.
Breakfast is superbe. The food in the restaurant is absolutely excellent. We dined there every night and were always highly satisfied. Five stars to Andy, the chef. The hosts are very nice and attentive. New big bathroom.
Everything was 5-star. Ruby and Raymond were the perfect hosts and could not have done any more to make us feel totally at home in their immaculate house. Our large, spacious room was superbly furnished and had spectacular views over their lovely garden to the mountains beyond. The breakfast was, like everything else, absolutely top quality.
