Breakfast was amazing and the owners took care to accommodate my gluten free needs. The couple that owns the house is a delight to interact with and our overall experience allowed us to get a glimpse into English life while exploring nearby countryside and towns. We had originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying 2 (would have stayed longer if there was availability). The house is also in a great location for both city exploration and nearby towns, castles and gardens.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard including a very well equiped kitchen. The views of sunrise a real bonus. Really can't find any fault and would definitely return . She's super kind, organised and helpful. The room was phenomenal, warm, clean, with all kind of complementary services, like coffee, cookies, fridge, smart tv with streaming services, etc. Breakfast included is amazing too, with several options to choose. The view from the room is beautiful, with Hastings port and beach. Highly recommended.

The Pier is 6 minutes' walk from the property and the town centre just 10 minutes' walk. Wonderful! Possibly the nicest place I have ever stayed, everything that you could possibly want in a seaside hotel. Welcoming and kind hosts, lovely comfortable room, delicious breakfast. Recommend 100%.
