The view of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains is unbeatable! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from the spacious junior suite and restaurants was equally pleasing.

Breakfast was high quality, delicious, and a very generous portion that held us over for many hours of sight seeing. In addition to the vast array in the photo included, we also had eggs cooked to our preferences and ordered cappuccinos and coffees. Easy parking on the property and an amazing location for walking along the path next to the water. The Jetty property was beautiful, I loved the swing out back. Not an issue for us, but there was not an elevator that I know of - so stairs could be a challenge for guests with wheelchair/walkers/mobility issues, etc. The gentleman who checked us in did bring our luggage up, which was kind! I would not hesitate to book here again if we were back in the area.

Didn't use the kitchen, but looks very modern. Couch and table to work or eat available. Bathroom on the smaller side, but shower is large enough.

The chef personally chooses the products from the market gardener, the fisherman, the breeder and the wine grower. We had a wonderful time at this hotel, it was so much better than we were expecting. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the hotel itself full of curiosities. Staff are what really make a hotel special and it was definitely the case here; everyone was extremely attentive and welcoming. You need to like hotels in the old style, if you're looking for modern this isn't the hotel for you. That being said, it in no way felt dated, it's a lively place making the most of its old world charm. The restaurant is also excellent. High prices as expected but the quality is undeniable. The garden is beautiful and watching the sunset over the lake over dinner was the highlight of our stay.
