Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. Very cosy and clean apartment with view over the Tamar River. Our host Pete is very friendly and welcoming, and gave us very detailed information about check-in procedures and everything. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Relax in the European style conservatory. Linda was an excellent host. She gave plenty of tips and recommendations for Launceston and even for our itinerary afterwards. The breakfast offered a variety of foods and was very satisfying. The location was great and quite central. I would definitely stay again.

The property is beautifully renovated and presented with loads of character and plenty of amenities/comforts. Whilst we were only there for one night it provided us with a unique experience in a great part of Launceston. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. We plan to visit again for a longer stay.

The wooden cottages have a kitchen with a stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. Each cottage has a bathroom and a living room with a TV and a sofa bed. Lovely place to stay very quiet except for the noisy cockatoos but they soon went to bed. Hosts were lovely highly recommend.
