Sandra! I can't really believe she is at her 5th day at the property. Excellent guest relation skills and attitude. I hope she will have the same energy and thoughtfulness until the point she leaves the hotel for good one day, and continue growing and leading. Initially the stay was challenging since some of the staffs attitude wasn't acceptable and swimming pool wasn't working. But Sandra and her colleague (Might be a Chinese national) was very helpful and made the stay convenient. Both of them were treating each guest equally, and that made the difference. Ehab was very accommodative and thoughtful, a smart restaurant manager, food and the restaurant was great. Breakfast in the daylight is a great thing they are offering. The bar got spectacular views and the bartender was nice.(its a dry hotel). I might come again atleast to say hi to Sandra when I'm in Lusail because she was the distance between a 2 star rating and 10 star which I made now, even though I was not happy about pool and initial check in experience.

First we've been welcome by an amazing woman Ouijdane, she is soo pleasant and make our stay better ! Then, the hotel is such a beautiful place, so artistic. The breakfast is delicious and generous. The room has an amazing bath. The price is okay. And a final thanks to Snehil, he is a fabulous guy, super nice. You can count on him if you need anything during your stay, he will do his best for you. We definitely have to come back.

The staff were all so kind, helpful, ready to arrange whatever we needed - Rose was our server at breakfast for most of our 6-night stays, and their service is unpaired. They arranged a breakfast alteration for each dietary restriction my husband or I requested. Ramzee is an incredible manager and he makes each guest feel welcome and settled. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the balcony views are incredible (at least ours was from the 11th floor). We will be back and gladly recommend this location to all - Pearl is a beautiful part of Doha to be in. 😍
